SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship. Cockahoop Homes ships to addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states) via flatbed freight truck. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or any destination outside the contiguous US.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Every price shown on our site includes DDP shipping to your delivery address. This means customs duties, import fees, and freight to your address are already included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not receive a separate customs or import invoice.

Delivery timeline. Typical delivery is 40–60 days door-to-door, counted from the date your payment clears. This is a good-faith estimate based on normal manufacturing and shipping conditions, not a guaranteed delivery date. International freight, customs processing, and port conditions can affect actual delivery time. We will keep you updated if we become aware of significant delays.

Offloading and site access. Delivery trucks bring your home to the address you provide. You are responsible for arranging equipment (crane or forklift) to offload and position the unit, and for confirming that a delivery truck can physically access your property. We provide weight and lifting specifications in advance of delivery so you can book the correct equipment locally.

Delivery to accessible locations only. Please confirm truck access to your site (road width, clearance, grade) before your delivery date. If access is a concern, contact us at hello@cockahoophomes.com before ordering

Damage reporting. Inspect your home promptly upon delivery. Any shipping damage must be reported to hello@cockahoophomes.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. This window allows us to file freight claims correctly. Damage reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for claim processing.
