You'll need to arrange a crane or forklift rated for the unit's weight — we send exact weight and lifting specifications well ahead of delivery so you can book the right equipment locally. Once it's positioned on your prepared pad or foundation, the structural shell unfolds into its full two-bedroom layout — this expansion step uses lifting equipment and a small crew. From there, you or your contractor connect water, electrical, and sewer/septic using the included circuit diagram and installation instructions.
Inside, the Horizon ships fully fitted from the factory: a complete bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink, a full kitchen with cabinets, countertop, and sink, and 110V electrical already run, with a breaker panel, outlets, and lighting installed.
