At 194 square feet, it's sized right for a backyard studio, a guest space for family who visit twice a year, a rental unit on a corner of your land, or the first structure on a property where you're building toward something bigger.

We build the Cove the same way we build every Cockahoop home: a steel frame designed to fold flat for shipping and unfold into a real, insulated structure on your land — no crane crew standing around for a week, no mystery about what shows up on the truck. It arrives with its walls, windows, and door already built in, ready for four people to set it upright in about the time it takes to watch a movie.

This is a genuine 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom layout — not a shed with a cot in it. You get a real bedroom, a real bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower, insulated walls that hold up in Central Valley summers and Gulf Coast humidity alike, and double-glazed windows that keep the AC bill honest.

We ship DDP — duty paid, delivered — to your address anywhere in the continental US, so the price you see is close to the price you pay, apart from what you arrange locally (foundation, hookups, and unloading). Every Cove ships with a wiring diagram so your electrician isn't guessing, and our plumbing is rough-in ready for a licensed plumber to tie into your water and sewer or septic line.
